Welcome to our application, Beverest Life. The services of this Application are being provided to you, and all users, by us, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, free of charge. By using the Application, you agree to the following terms and conditions, so please take your time to read them carefully.

Definitions

"Application" means the application, named "Beverest Life Application";
"Content" means all information and contents embodied in the Application, including but not limited to, its source code, texts, images, video, audiovisual, sound recording, course content, syllabus, artworks and design.
"Indemnified Persons" shall have the meaning as ascribed to it in clause "Indemnification" below.
"Personal Data" means information related to person which can be used in identifying such person whether directly or indirectly, including but not limited to employee identification number, name, last name, nick name, email address, contacting address, biometric information, photo kept in our database system and other information as stipulated by the applicable laws.
"Users" means all users of the Application, including but not limited to our employees, who use the Application;
"We", "us" or "our" means Thai Beverage Public Company Limited

Using the Application

The Application will grant you access to our services linked from our database with the terms and conditions separately set out by us. Certain functions of the Application are also subject to additional terms and conditions. You agree to read and understand all additional terms and conditions for such services and/or functions before deciding to accept such additional terms and conditions.
The usage objectives of each menu and function can be found in the Application and the information provided to you is solely for the purpose of usage of the Application only.
You agree not to use the Application for any other purposes than those expressly described herein, illegal purpose, or in violation of laws, rules, regulations, public order, good morals or the terms and conditions set out by us.

Account Security

To access the Application, you can use username and password (PIN) from your SSO (Single Sign On) account. If you do not have the account, you can register to create user name and password (PIN) by using your employee identification number and mobile number. You agree that you will not disclose your username or password (PIN) to any person. Any action performed on the Application under your account is deemed to be performed by you. You agree to accept the consequences resulting from and agrees to be held responsible for all actions committed under your account, which can be used as evidence in all circumstances. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please inform us immediately.

Privacy

For the purpose of improving the Application, Content or any function therein, including any of our product or service or our trusted partners' product or service, we will collect certain information from you, including but not limited to your location information, record of your usage of the Application and your Personal Data, provided by you or by a third party with your consent, or by our own collection. We may also share the Personal Data and other information with our trusted partners for improving or developing their products or services. We will only keep the information or Personal Data we collected for as long as needed to fulfill the aforementioned purposes. Image and Video Information :

We may collect and store users' image and video information within our app. This data is used for app functionality and enhancing the user experience. We prioritize the security and protection of this information and may share it with third-party services only when necessary for specific app features. Users have control over their image and video content within the app and can manage or delete it as desired. We retain this data for a specified period and update our privacy policy periodically.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual properties in connection with the Application and all Content, belong either to us or to their respective intellectual property right holders. You agree, at all times, not to reproduce, adapt, communicate to public or otherwise use any of the Content unless you obtain prior written permission from its intellectual property right holder or us.

Indemnification

If you breach or fail to comply with any term or condition herein, you agree to indemnify and hold us, the respective intellectual property right holders or any other relevant person or entity (collectively, "Indemnified Persons") harmless against all costs, losses or damages incurred by any of the Indemnified Persons as a result of breach or non-compliance with any term or condition herein by you, including but not limited to those arising from third party's claim.

Modifying the Application

We are committed to ensure your best experience while using the Application. Changes and/or modifications of the Application, including but not limited to the Content and functions therein, are necessary for improving quality and efficiency of the Application from time to time. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to and/or modify the Application or any Content or function therein whether wholly or partially without prior notice to you. The Application, the Content or any function therein may not be available during such change or modification.

Revising the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to revise any term or condition herein or any other term or condition for certain function or service from time to time without prior notice to you. The revised terms and conditions will take effect immediately after they are posted in the Application. You are encouraged to check and review the revised terms and conditions of the Application regularly.
